Tonight We are Serving

I was having one of my random cravings again. I wasn't sure what I was going to make but it had to be sweet. First, I started cutting up the carrots, onions and zucchini. Then, I had an idea to add a burnt orange to the mix. So, I grated the peel and cut up the orange to blend with mix. I also wanted seafood. When I opened up the freezer, I wasn't sure I was going to find my fix but there it was... A great big bag of scallops. That's when I got my chef-on...  

 

Tonight we are serving a delicious dinner. We have Scallops|Zucchini|Carrots|Onions|Burnt Orange - with Mango Chili Sauce over White Rice. Dinner tastes amazing. My Chef gave the approval 👍👍👍👍👄💋👄💋👅
