When I am in the kitchen making Sorrel originality is everything. Grind the ginger with a little bit of water and pour it into the Sorrel mix to boil with orange peel. For thickness and strength let the Sorrel sit over night.
Don't let the orange peel sit overnight or your mix will come out bitter. I use brown sugar and white sugar for a specific flavor. To strain the Sorrel and ginger use a Cheese cloth or tee shirt.
