Trying Something Different - Juicing for Breakfast


I made this concoction because of this taste thing going on in my head. This drink has carrots, little cuties, spinach, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, apple and banana.

This drink is filled with vitamin A, C, E & K, vitamin B6, protein, selenium, fiber, potassium, magnesium, folate, calcium, copper, beta carotene, niacin, zinc and iron.

As, I gathered this recipe and took pictures the assortment looked amazing. When the fruits and veggies began to blend/pulverize, I started to regret not using a familiar ingredient. The green color was not so pleasing to the eyes at all. BUT....When I tasted it though! This juice was #FIRE #LIT

This drink is so so so so so so so so delicious! I am like my own chef, health specialist and fitness trainer. I might create a tip jar for myself.
