Healthy Eating - Chicken Salad

This is my "Not too heavy but just want to feel full meal." I made a Chicken Salad with mixed greens, carrots, blueberries, apples, oranges, almonds, walnuts, Four Cheese Mexican and freshly shredded parmesan cheese. The apples and walnuts gives this salad life. Simply delicious!
