Sea Bass and Guts


While working on healthy eating, we shopped for some fish. We decided to go with Sea Bass.

Because of our culture we buy and cook the entire body of the fish. There are so many nutrients in the head of the fish.

Long story short... As a youth, when my dad went fishing all I had to do was scale the fish. My mother did the rest. Today I had to go hard by scaling and gutting Mr. Bass.

This was my first time gutting Sea Bass. All I have to say is #weirdfeeling #whatanexperience
